In the afternoon of May 22, "Awards ceremony of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University for the students who won awards at the provincial level and above” was held in the first floor lecture hall. Nearly 300 people attended this meeting, including all the college leadership，all the winning students and some student representatives. This meeting was hosted by Zhao Yuesheng, Deputy Dean of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University.

First, Party Secretary of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University Chen Zhigang announced the commend file. And then, the college leadership awarded honorary certificates and rewards to the award-winning student representatives. On behalf of award-winning students, student Xiong Xinyu made a statement afterward.

Finally, Lu Zhengnan, dean of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University, gave a conclusion of this meeting. Dean Lu said he was proud of the students’ achievements, congratulated all of the award-winning students on behalf of all faculty and the students and expressed deep respect and gratitude to the teachers who worked hard for the students. Dean Lu also expressed his fervent hopes and demands. He urged the students to be in excellent as customary, to have the courage to dream and pursue for the future, to have the spirit of seeking truth and be practical. He hoped the students to study hard, to have high aspiration, to have the courage to play, to pursuit excellence and to integrate personal dream into China dreams.

The awards ceremony inspired the students' learning enthusiasm and promoted the construction of good study style in the college. Students said they would follow these outstanding students’ example and work harder to create more glory for the college in the future.
