On the afternoon of 5th, January, first lecture of "Dream Class" of Jingjiang College was started. "Special teacher" Dean Lu Zhengnan of medical class 1402 invited Dean Xu wenrong, professor and doctoral tutor of Medical School of Jiangsu University to give a wonderful lecture "professional learning and dream growth "for more than 110 students from medical school. Counselors of No.2 student office attended the lecture.
In "Blue Rainbow Bridge, Jing Jiang dream pilot" project, Dean Lu Zhengnan, Dean and doctoral tutor of Jingjiang College was appointed special teacher for 30 students in medical examination class. He will be the "dream navigator" in the academic, research, innovation and entrepreneurship aspects for students. According to the program plan, "Dream Pilot" has many duties, "Dream Class" is the one of them. Dean Lu said: "a letter of appointment sent by students is their trust and expectations to me and I should do something for them.” Dean Xu is not only a leader in our school clinical academic field but also the domestic and international experts. He is the most appropriate person for this class.
Firstly, Professor Xu used large amounts of data with international and domestic medical development situation to introduce the professional development of medical examination major, then he introduced his own academic research, vividly explaining scientific thinking, attitude, method, and teamwork mode to the students. Finally, Professor Xu recalled his insights of the 30 years academic research. He pointed out to the students: Firstly, in the international competition arena, the strength is the charm, first-class academic research is glory for the country; secondly, behind every achievement is the hard work of people from Jiangsu University; thirdly, academic and scientific road is full of challenges and difficulties, so we must have persistent spirit of exploration and creative spirit of pioneering.
