Recently, invited by University of Stenbeth in Berlin and the University of Graz in Austria, Prof. Lu Zhengnan, the Dean of our college headed a delegation to visit the above universities and related institutions. We achieved fruitful results in terms of the cooperative education, mutual visits, students exchanges.

During the visit in Steinbass University, our delegation was warmly welcomed by Stefan Friedrich. Ph, Legal Counsel, Dr. Horst Pechar and other staffs. The two sides introduced their development experiences, characteristics of running schools, mode of operation and personnel training respectively, and reached consensus on cooperation education, personnel training, student exchange and overseas study.

During the visit in University of Graz, the delegation first visited the staff member of Jiangsu University working in the Confucius Institute at the University of Graz and held discussions with the teachers' representatives. The delegation had discussions with Dean Dr.Wan Jiechen of the University of Graz’s Confucius Institute and the relevant personnel from International Exchange and Cooperation Department. President Lu Zhengnan introduced the history, the scale of teachers and students, the mode of operation and the characteristics of talent cultivation of Jingjiang College. The relevant staffs of Graz University fully appreciate the willingness to further promote cooperation between the two schools, especially in the joint training in vehicle engineering, mechanical design, software engineering and other majors.

The visit further expanded the international cooperative space in our College and opened up a new channel for international exchange for teachers and students.
