On the afternoon of October 19^th, the college held a safety meeting in conference room 320 of the college student activity center. Yin Zhiguo, Secretary of the college Party Committee; Wu Liping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the college; Chen Mingjun, Vice President of the college and leaders of major functional department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Yin Zhiguo conveyed the spirit of the safety work meeting of Jiangsu university on October 18^th, as well as the instructions and requirements of President Yan Xiaohong and Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee Li Hongbo about further strengthen the security and stability work of all units of Jiangsu University. Yin Zhiguo made arrangements to strengthen the security and ensure the safety of the campus on the basis of the reality of Jingjiang college.

 Firstly, all departments should immediately carry out investigation, and give enough assistance to students with learning difficulties, living difficulties and psychological confusion. Secondly, relevant departments should further improve various emergency response process plans, and strengthen the training of relevant personnel to ensure scientific response in case of emergency. Thirdly, it is necessary for the logistics to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the hidden dangers existing in such places like campus traffic, catering, and rectify them. Lastly, we should strengthen the standardized management of electric vehicles in the school, and the logistics should formulate the battery car management system of the college according to the relevant management regulations of Jiangsu university.

 At the end of the meeting, Yin Zhiguo asked that the campus stability work should be controlled from the political height. We should attach importance to it, clarify the responsibilities respectively, pay close attention to the implementation, and ensure that everything be put in the right position.
